Multiple Page Layout Post #3
The most challenging part about designing a six-page layout was fitting all of the text into the spreadsheets. The errors made it even more difficult because I had to find and fix each problem, and the final version had to be completely error-free. Kerning, tracking, and the style sheets also added to the challenge. If I adjusted the kerning or tracking of a word or sentence, it would sometimes shift the text in strange ways and mess up the entire layout.
Yes, I now understand the importance of correct page layout when working with multiple pages. If the layout isn’t set up properly, content can get cut off, overlap, or leave awkward gaps. A good layout ensures everything looks neat, organized, and easy to read from one page to the next, which is especially important for things like reports, magazines, or any multi-page documents.
